Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account or use the Services. Gambling by persons under 18 is a criminal offence in Great Britain. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory evidence is not provided.
  • Location: The Services provided under "Super Bet" at supers.casino are intended for players who are physically located in Great Britain. You must not use the Website from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where the Operator does not hold the necessary licence.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for personal use. Multiple Accounts, including those registered using different personal details, addresses or payment instruments, are prohibited and may result in suspension, closure and forfeiture of Bonuses and, in serious cases, winnings.

Registration, KYC and Source of Funds

  • Registration data: When you create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and any other information requested. You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not for any third party.
  • Verification checks (KYC): In line with UK Gambling Commission rules and anti-money laundering regulations applicable in 2025, the Operator will carry out identity, age, address and, where appropriate, source-of-funds checks. You may be required to provide documents such as copies of your passport or ID, proof of address, payment method documentation, income or wealth evidence and other supporting information.
  • Account restrictions before verification: The Operator may restrict your ability to deposit, wager or withdraw until verification checks are completed to its satisfaction. If verification cannot be completed within a reasonable time, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, returning Real Money funds where legally and regulatorily permissible.
  • Source of funds and affordability: To promote responsible gambling and comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements, the Operator may assess your affordability and the source of funds used for gambling. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested. Failure to do so may result in limits on your Account, suspension or closure.

Account Security and User Obligations

  • Login credentials: You must keep your username, password, two-factor authentication details and any other security information confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your Account unless the Operator has failed to take reasonable care to safeguard your information.
  • Unauthorised use: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or used without your authorisation, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator via the contact channels indicated on supers.casino. The Operator may suspend the Account while it investigates.
  • Accuracy of information: You must keep your registration and contact details up to date at all times. If your circumstances change (for example, change of address or payment method), you must update your Account promptly. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may lead to account closure.
  • Responsible gambling: You agree to use the Responsible Gambling Tools provided, including deposit limits and reality checks, where appropriate for your circumstances. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period (typically at least 24 hours as of 2025), while decreases take effect immediately.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Participating in Games

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet or Game participation is only valid once it has been accepted by the Operator's systems and appears in your betting or game history. Adding selections to a bet slip or clicking "Place Bet" or similar does not in itself guarantee acceptance.
  • Stake limits: Minimum and maximum stakes for Bets and Games are set by the Operator or the relevant game provider and are displayed on the Website or within each Game. The Operator may adjust limits for individual players for risk management, responsible gambling or regulatory reasons.
  • Bet validity and errors: If a Bet or Game round is accepted at odds, pay-tables or terms that are obviously incorrect due to a technical or human error (often referred to as a "palpable error"), the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct terms, acting reasonably and in line with UK industry standards in 2025.
  • Game rules: Each Game or product has its own specific rules, pay-tables and return-to-player (RTP) information. You must familiarise yourself with these before playing. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Game-specific rules, the Game-specific rules prevails for matters relating to that Game.

Live Casino, Chat and Fair Play

  • Conduct in live casino and chats: When using live casino tables, chat features or social elements of the Website, you must behave respectfully and lawfully. Insults, harassment, discriminatory or hateful language, threats, promotion of illegal activity, spam or advertising are strictly prohibited and may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
  • Prohibited practices: Collusion, usage of bots or automated play tools, exploitation of software bugs, arbitrage designed to circumvent bonus conditions, or any form of cheating or unfair play are prohibited. The Operator may void Bets, seize Bonuses and winnings, and close Accounts involved in such behaviour.
  • Randomness and results: Casino Games not involving a live dealer are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by reputable suppliers. The outcome displayed by the Operator's systems is final, subject to investigation of any reported technical error.
  • Disconnection and technical issues: In the event of a disconnection or system failure during a Game, the Operator will apply the rules published for that Game. Typically, completed rounds stand, and unfinished rounds are either restored on reconnection or rolled back with stakes returned, as appropriate. The Operator will act reasonably and in accordance with Gambling Commission expectations.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Promotional communications: Bonuses, free bets, free spins and other offers may be made available via the Website, email, SMS, push notification or on-site banners. Each promotion is governed by these Terms and by specific promotional terms accessible on supers.casino at the time the offer is made, which together form the legally binding conditions of the offer.
  • Eligibility: Some promotions are restricted to new customers, to specific market segments, or to customers who have opted in to receive marketing. The Operator may set individual eligibility criteria (for example, affordability-based restrictions) consistent with UK regulatory guidance as of 2025.
  • Bonus abuse: Bonus abuse, including multiple Account creation, collusion, low-risk or risk-free betting patterns designed to clear wagering without genuine risk, or using a bonus in conjunction with contrived betting strategies, is prohibited. The Operator may remove Bonuses, cancel any associated winnings and close Accounts in serious cases.

Activation, Wagering Requirements and Time Limits

  • Activation: Some Bonuses require an explicit opt-in or a qualifying deposit or Bet. The qualifying criteria (such as minimum deposit amount, eligible payment methods or minimum odds) will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The number of times a Bonus and, where applicable, deposit must be wagered, and which Games contribute to wagering, will be set out in the promotion-specific terms.
  • Contribution and restricted games: Different Games may count differently towards wagering (for example, slots may contribute 100%, some table games may contribute 10% or 0%). Certain Games or Bet types may be excluded entirely. The applicable contribution table and any restricted Games will be listed in the promotion terms.
  • Timeframe: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion (for example, within 7, 14 or 30 days from crediting) as applied in 2025. Unused Bonuses and any winnings generated from them may be removed once the timeframe expires.

Combining Promotions and Bonus Limitations

  • Non-combination by default: Unless expressly permitted in the relevant promotional terms, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked". If more than one promotion is active, the Operator may treat a later bonus as starting only after the previous one is completed or forfeited.
  • Maximum winnings and stake limits: Some Bonuses may be subject to maximum winnings or maximum bet per spin/round while wagering is in progress. These limits, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of the permitted maximum may not count towards wagering and may result in confiscation of related winnings.
  • Cash withdrawal during wagering: If you withdraw Real Money funds before completing wagering requirements, the Operator may treat this as a forfeiture of the active Bonus and any associated Bonus Funds, while allowing you to withdraw your Real Money winnings where required by law and regulation.
  • Right to withdraw or amend offers: The Operator may amend or withdraw promotions for regulatory, legal or operational reasons. However, any changes will not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted by you, except where required to comply with law or Gambling Commission guidance in 2025.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Operator may offer a range of payment methods, including debit cards, selected e-wallets and, where clearly indicated in the cashier, other options such as bank transfer or approved digital wallets. Credit cards cannot be used for gambling transactions by customers in Great Britain, in line with Gambling Commission requirements.
  • Payment ownership: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment instruments is prohibited and may result in voided transactions and Account closure, subject to any required investigations.
  • Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the payment method and your individual profile and will be displayed in the cashier. As of 2025, the Operator does not ordinarily charge fees for deposits, but your bank, card issuer or payment provider may do so.
  • Processing times: Deposits will normally be credited to your Account immediately once authorised. However, processing times can vary and are outside the Operator's control once a transaction has been submitted to your payment provider.

Withdrawals

  • Verification and security: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may undertake additional verification checks, including confirmation of identity, address, payment method ownership and source of funds, in line with regulatory obligations in 2025. Withdrawals may be delayed or reversed if these checks are not completed.
  • Withdrawal methods and limits: Where possible, withdrawals will be made using the same payment method used for deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier and may vary by method.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawals promptly, typically within a specified number of Business Days displayed in the cashier. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider and may take longer.
  • Pending withdrawals: While a withdrawal is pending, you may be able to cancel it and return funds to your Account for further gambling. The Operator may, for responsible gambling reasons, restrict the ability to reverse withdrawals.

Refunds, Reversals and Account Balances

  • Refunds: The Operator is not obliged to provide refunds for successfully completed Bets or Game rounds. However, where a Bet or Game is voided due to cancellation, technical fault or palpable error, the relevant stake will typically be returned to your Account in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may suspend your Account, recover any Bonuses and winnings obtained using disputed funds, and seek reimbursement for any costs arising from the chargeback, acting in line with UK law.
  • Dormant and inactive accounts: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period (such as 12 consecutive months), the Operator may classify it as dormant and take steps consistent with its then-current dormant account policy, including attempting to contact you at your last known details. Any such policy will comply with applicable consumer protection requirements as of 2025.
  • Taxes: In Great Britain, gambling winnings for players are generally not subject to income tax as of 2025, but you are responsible for any personal tax obligations in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not provide tax advice.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations and Fairness

  • Duty of care: The Operator provides the Services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with its Gambling Commission licence conditions, industry standards and applicable law in Great Britain as of 2025. This includes implementing technical and organisational measures to ensure game fairness and integrity.
  • Game integrity: RNG-based Games are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories where required. The Operator monitors systems and providers to help ensure that Games function as intended. In the event of a malfunction, the Operator will act fairly, typically voiding affected Bets and returning stakes.
  • Information accuracy: While the Operator strives to ensure that information such as odds, event details and Game rules are accurate, it may correct obvious errors or omissions and is not responsible for minor inaccuracies that do not materially affect your use of the Services.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted access: Due to the nature of the internet and third-party systems, the Operator does not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates or technical issues may occur.
  • Third-party failures: The Operator is not responsible for failures or delays caused by your internet connection, hardware, software, mobile network, payment provider, or other third parties, except where required by law.
  • Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, Game round or related transaction is limited to: (i) the amount of the relevant stake; or (ii) where the claim does not relate to a specific stake, the amount of Real Money in your Account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
  • Consumer rights: These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under UK law in 2025. To the extent of any conflict, your statutory rights take precedence.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and Permitted Use

  • Content ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to software, code, databases, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks (including Superbet, Super Bet and Super Bet), text and design, are owned by the Operator, members of the Superbet Group or their licensors.
  • Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services via supers.casino for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Restrictions

  • No unauthorised use: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Website software or Games, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Third-party content: Third-party trademarks, logos and content that appear on the Website remain the property of their respective owners, and their use on the Website does not imply any licence or right granted to you.

Privacy & Data Protection

Data Processing and Privacy Policy

  • Privacy framework: The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the UK as of 2025, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as the Operator's regulatory obligations.
  • Privacy Policy: Full details of how your personal data is collected, used, shared and protected, including your rights and how to exercise them, are set out in the Privacy Policy available on supers.casino. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Amendments and Notification

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, the Operator's licence conditions, industry practice, technology or the Services offered, including updates implemented during 2025.
  • Notification methods: Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, which may include notices on supers.casino (such as banners or pop-ups), updates within your Account area, and/or email notifications using the contact details associated with your Account.
  • Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will provide advance notice of material changes, except when immediate implementation is required by law, regulation or the Gambling Commission.

Your Acceptance and Right to Discontinue

  • Continued use: By continuing to use the Website or Services after changes to these Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
  • Disagreement with changes: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account. In such circumstances, your remaining Real Money balance, subject to any lawful set-off or withholding for regulatory reasons, will be returned to you in accordance with the Payments & Withdrawals section.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Rights

  • Grounds for suspension or termination: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, remove Bonuses and withhold or confiscate winnings (where permitted by law and regulation) in whole or in part if it reasonably believes that:
    • you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
    • you have provided false or misleading information;
    • you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, collusion, bonus abuse, cheating or other prohibited conduct;

    • you have self-excluded or are registered with GamStop; or
    • it is necessary to do so for responsible gambling, regulatory or security reasons.
  • Investigations: During an investigation, the Operator may suspend your Account and withhold funds (subject to legal requirements) pending the outcome. It will act proportionately and in line with Gambling Commission expectations as of 2025.

Your Rights

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the tools available on supers.casino or by contacting customer support. Before closing, you should withdraw any Real Money balance, subject to ongoing verification or regulatory obligations.
  • Self-exclusion and "Take a Break": You may use the Responsible Gambling Tools to take a short break (cool-off) or to self-exclude for a longer period. For national online self-exclusion, you can register with GamStop (gamstop.co.uk). Once self-excluded, you must not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent the exclusion.

Effect of Termination

  • Balances on termination: On closure of your Account for reasons other than serious breach, fraud or legal restrictions, your remaining Real Money balance will be paid to you, subject to any necessary verification. Bonus Funds and incomplete Bonuses usually lapse on closure.
  • Breach and fraud: If your Account is closed due to serious breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering or similar prohibited conduct, the Operator may, where permitted by law and regulatory rules, void Bets and withhold or confiscate funds in your Account to the extent reasonably related to such conduct.
  • Record keeping: The Operator may retain records of your Account and transactions after closure in accordance with regulatory, anti-money laundering and data protection requirements in force in 2025.
